A sure shot, easy and smart solution for all these problems, is Comprehensive Unique Identification Code (CUIC). This is a unique code allotted to every living, virtual and nonliving entity such as humans, business entities, corporates, automobile engines, motor cycles, cars, land plots, houses, villages, towns, cities, animals, etc. A primitive example for this code is the ADHAAR number in India. For every transaction of these entities, right from its birth till its death/disposal, this code will be needed. Even, in purchasing of a pinch of salt also, one will need this code. All these transactions are recorded digitally. This code/account will have the entire life time comprehensive history of the respective entity. A small software application installed in mobile phones can make it possible. In a single sentence, we can say that, the entire world will become hundred percent digital. As a result, a huge database is generated which can be exploited for all types of purposes such as in economy, education, scientific research, administration, health, etc. These databases will help humans in taking right, timely and rational decisions before hand to stop any man made undesirable happening in any field. This code can solve all the man-made human suffering which lie with in the human intelligence.

Presently, the following problems are being faced by the world economies.

  2. Complex economies making hard to know where their heads and tails are,
  3. Mismanagement of material, human and knowledge resources,

These databases will help humans in taking right, timely and rational decisions before hand to stop any undesirable happening in any field.

For the privacy protection of the individuals, Multilevel Permission Control System (MPCS) can be adopted. In this system, the different sections of the data of any individual CUIC, can be accessed by different people/entities with different levels of permissions.

For example, in any health related scientific research, the health section of the data, can be accessed because it is in the interest of the public.

But, according to the severity of the privacy concern, identity of the individual may be barred to access. Some entities such as placement agencies can access the education qualifications, knowledge and skills related sections of the data.

Like this the privacy concern of the data is not an issue. It can be managed and manipulated.

Secured privacy is possible

But the database storage, upkeep and exploitation should be in the hands of state (government) only.

If the CUIC comes into reality, presently the world economies are making humans dance on their finger tips, but then, humans make the world economies dance on their finger tips.

 The benefits of the CUIC, are unlimited and cannot be discussed in a small article like this. Besides the ones mentioned above, the following are the other few.

  1. Forecasting of economic recessions,
  2. Incredibly speedy scientific surveys and research,
  3. Hundred percent crime free and corruption free society,
  4. Lowest spending in governance,
  5. Unemployment free world,
  6. Lowest possible, air, sound and water pollution,

  12. Speedy diagnosis and treatment of untreatable diseases, because of the medical history of the patient right from his/her birth to the date, will be available digitally to the world doctors.
  13. Stopping the criminal activities from happening before hand, such as rapes, murders, robberies, etc
  14. Tracking the criminals in a shortest period of time,

And many more.

In a single sentence we can say that, the human thought, by which the entire civilization is woven (its social systems, economies, education system, etc)  will be in the hands of state, to manage and and manipulate it in the favour of the advancement of the civilsation.

If the human civilization wants to last long and have a comfortable stay on the earth, humans have no way other than going for this code.

Dear Arun Rathore Sir, Thank you for commenting on the article. You mentioned that the idea is idealistic. It is true for time being only until it's implementation. In this respect I want to say that, when a magician shows his magical trick, we can not believe that it can happen. But when he discloses his trick, we feel that there is nothing special in the trick. This is also the same sir. Hundred years ago had any one imagined the wonders of computers, rarely any one would have affirmed that those could become reality. This is similar to that. CUIC is possible and can become reality if human tries. Thank you sir. I request you to be commenting on the articles in future too.

Abhishek, first of all thank you for commenting. Generally, every one and all raise these types of issues only. But, luckily every issue is addressed in this article. The following are the solutions to the issues raised by you serially. 1. The data safety and privacy are ensured by MPCS mentioned in the article. What section of data can be accessed by whom, will be well defined in the MPCS. The core section of data can be accessed only in the case of emergencies such as interrogations, etc that too privately in the presence of the individual. For the usage of other sections of the data the identity of the individual will not be disclosed. Like this we can design the ways to protect the privacy of the individual. The data will be in the hands of only a particular department of the government whose activities will be kept under high surveillance. This issue can easily be overcome by the human intelligence by designing the numerous ways. 2. As above the dissemination of the information will be impossible. So people may be powerful, can not use this data. You may say that everything is possible in India. It is true because there is weak democracy in India. It is just due to the demerits of Indian Constitution. To implement CUIC, fundamental changes should take place in Indian constitution. Ours is a Thumb Impression Democracy in my terms, which is paving a clear way to capitalists for their irresponsible, unquestionable businesses strategies. This condition is creating extreme unevenness in wealth and labour distribution. 3. If there are hackers, there are ethical hackers too. After a perticular convenient period of the data can be backed up in hardware form i.e in print form. This will help if any part of the data is hacked/intentionally corrupted, the print form will help in restoring the lost data. Designing ways and means for this is not a major problem.
