Anxiety is no doubt a mental disorder. There are many modes of treatments in the world for anxiety. But to the maximum extent, it is not cured. But it can be managed to make it a friend, improve our quality of life and achieve many things in our life.


Anxiety is a mental disorder. There are many medications and modes of treatments to treat this disorder. I doubt if there is any treatment which cures this disorder. The symptoms can be managed but cure is doubtful. 

But when one can not part with it, it is better to make it one's friend. This is very much possible in case of mild to medium intensity of anxiety. There are many a case in which people have tamed it and made a friend of them and benefitted a lot instead of losing from it.

This way if anxiety is managed, we can achieve many things in our life. There are many success stories in which it happened as above.
